I know this is really disgusting but I've been wondering: what do you do with the little pieces of chicken you trim off before you cook it? As in do you put it in the garbage disposal or the trash can?

Straight to the trash can for me!
Garbage disposal......that could explain the terrible smell I encounter the day or two after we have chicken. Maybe I'll start using the trash can.

Cook it with a little basil and put it in my spaghetti sauce. Ymmm...
