Despite my claims that our kids had remarkable energy on the Fourth of July, they were clearly worn out by the evening. And this was just the beginning of our wait for darkness to settle and fireworks to begin...

That is hilarious! It did seem like it took forever this year for it to get dark! We did our sparklers in the daylight!
